Blackberry Ginger “Faux-jito”

4 Fresh Blackberries

3-4 Fresh Mint Leaves

3oz Ginger Lemon Kombucha

6oz Sparkling water

Coconut sugar

 

Brush the rim of the glass with a lemon wedge. Dip the top of the glass in the coconut sugar.

Add blackberries and mint leaves and muddle together.
Fill glass halfway with ice.

Add Kombucha and top off with sparking water. Garnish with blackberries and mint. Enjoy!
